About The Position
This position will work as part of a diverse and professional team performing complex administrative work in the Administration Division of H&HS. Duties may included but are not limited to: sub-contractor program report tracking, collection, review, and analyzing data, Accounts Payables along with invoicing, tracking payments, and verifying deposits and payment receipts.
The Administration Division has a significant emphasis on empowering and supporting program managers to understand and actively engage in the financial management of their programs. Competitive candidates for our team will demonstrate a customer service focus with strong communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They will be flexible, adaptive, and drive innovation through process improvement. In addition, they must show a clear ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and maintain ethical standards consistent with our mission as stewards of the public trust.Â
About The Division
The Lane County Health & Human Services (H&HS) Administration Division provides leadership and supportive services to the eight direct service divisions of H&HS, coordinating an integrated system of health and human services. The division is responsible for providing department wide leadership, strategy, contracting, personnel and fiscal services.
Schedule:Â Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Training
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Additional specialized training in bookkeeping or accounting or a related field is desirable.
Experience
- Two years of responsible financial or statistical record-keeping experience.
An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
